Return, Refund, and Cancelation Policy

In this policy, the words “You and your” mean “the customer”,
the words “We, us and our” mean “the manufacturer”.
1. Thank you very much for your business. When you give us business, you agree every detail of this “Return,
Refund and Cancelation Policy” unless you give us your comments in writing before we begin our
2. We need to follow FDA and GMP regulation, we will not packaging/manufacturing pharmaceutical (prescription)
product. We will not packaging/manufacturing drug relatedly products such as CBD, even many States consider
this product is legal. We will not packaging/manufacturing FDA banned supplement ingredients;
3. We need to follow FDA and GMP regulation, every ingredient and product needs to be tested. And you will be
charged for testing fee unless it mentioned on PO (purchase Order) that the testing fee is on us;
4. Your order can be canceled any time free of charge before we purchase raw ingredients and packaging
5. Your order still can be canceled any time after we purchase raw ingredients and packaging materials.
But this cancelation must be before our manufacturing, and you must pay all raw ingredients and packaging
materials that we purchased for your order.
6. Your order cannot be canceled after our manufacturing. No refund will be issued;
7. We give you free warehouse space for your raw ingredients and packaging materials if you give us PO
(purchase Order) for these inventories;
8. We give you free warehouse space for your finished products for 180 days. After 180 days, we charge very
small amount of $0.99 per day per pallet. You can stack up to 2,000 LB per pallet;
9. If you use our warehouse space, the fee is $0.99 per day per pallet;
10. You will get full refund or re-do by us or return to us if it is a product quality issue within 30 days after shipping.
This full refund includes shipping fee.
11. We manufacture food products, no return for food product unless there is a quality issue;
12. if your product were damaged by your shipping carrier, you need to talk to your shipping carrier. No refund will
be issued by us;
13. if your product were damaged because of your store/warehouse condition, no refund will be issued by us;

We keep your company/personal information private and safe and put you in control. We will not disclose your information to any entity unless required by law or with your expressed consent.
